Both Free and Pro users pay only for what they use. Costs are based on the LLM model tier you choose (Fast, Balanced, or Premium) and the number of records processed. Pro users get $20 in monthly credits that reset each month. Any prepaid balance you add carries over and never expires.
Tasks will pause automatically when your balance is insufficient. You can add credits anytime via card payment, and your tasks will resume immediately. There are no surprise charges—you're always in control.
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Pro benefits until the end of your billing period. Monthly credits expire when your subscription ends, but any prepaid balance you've added stays in your account for pay-as-you-go usage.
